Brandon J. Lauria is the founding member of the Mr. Lauria has been representing and assisting families and individuals with their legal needs since the inception of his career. He regularly and consistently provides legal services to clients confronting divorce, separation, annulment, custody, support and abuse issues in the Delaware Valley region. His familiarity with the masters and judges throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey provides an advantage to his representation. He is respected amongst his colleagues and has three times (2011, 2012, 2013) been nominated by his peers as a Superlawyers’ Rising Star, representing less than 2.5% of all of the lawyers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Lauria is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association. In addition to his bar affiliations, Mr. Lauria is also a member of the Nicholas A. Cipriani American Inns of Court – an organization devoted to family law practitioners and judges throughout the Philadelphia area.

Mr. Lauria obtained his Bachelors of Science from Jacksonville University in 2001. While attending Jacksonville University, Mr. Lauria was a Division I scholar-athlete competing for both the cross country and track teams.  Mr. Lauria graduated from Widener School of Law in 2006, where he was a member of the PA Civil Law Clinic, specializing in the representation of indigents in their family law matters, under the tutelage of the Honorable Nathaniel C. Nichols – Delaware County Court of Common Pleas Family Law Judge.  The lessons learned from Judge Nichols laid the foundation of his string desire to concentrate and excel within the field of family law.

Mr. Lauria is admitted to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey.  He regularly represents clients in family law cases throughout the Delaware Valley including Philadelphia County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, Bucks County, Chester County and Southern New Jersey.

In his free time, Mr. Lauria enjoys staying active by regularly running, mountain biking, golfing and skiing.  Most importantly, Mr. Lauria enjoys spending time with his wife, Marybeth, and twin children, Hannah and Ryan.
